Client Requirements:Research and source and event space in Central London to convert into an appealing and unique party venue for 1800 with a sit down dinner.
Create a visually dramatic and spectacular event environment to encourage networking and fun.

Resources:
We embraced the extraordinary blend of this unique venue and created a spectacular theme incorporating the elements of the universe.  The entrance hall was transformed into a tropical garden complete with palm trees and exotic water features.  From here guests made their way through the tunnel of fire to the main hall where the sky was bought to life with a complete solar system and a blazing 20 foot sun that transformed into a spectacular sunset throughout the course of the evening.  A full fun fair complete with dodgems, Ferris wheel and thrill rides created an element of excitement.  A selection of live bands added another dimension of fun and frivolity, creating a truly memorable evening.
